Our uniformed security officers provide safety and security to many types of businesses throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. In this position, you’ll typically monitor a client site and implement appropriate safety and security measures. No prior security experience is required. If you pass our screening process and are hired, we’ll give you extensive training and support to perform your duties. Qualifications include:

Minimum age: 18
Have good written and communication skills
Be in good physical condition
Prior customer service experience is a plus

As an Acufacts Security Mobile Patrol Officer, you’ll regularly patrol businesses in our company vehicles and handle any safety or security concerns. No prior security experience is required. If you pass our screening process and are hired, we’ll give you extensive training and support to perform your duties. Qualifications include:

A licensed driver with a good Motor Vehicle Report
Have good written and communication skills
In good physical condition
Prior customer service experience is a plus

Control Station Operator

Acufacts Security Control Station Operators duties can include monitoring fire, safety, and security alarms and initiating responses to these alarms; operating security and emergency communications systems, maintaining security equipment and systems, and various other duties. Prior security experience is required for this position. Additional qualifications include:

Minimum age: 18
Have good written and communication skills
In good physical condition
Able to handle and prioritize multiple job responsibilities
Excellent customer service skills

Shift Supervisor

As a shift supervisor, you’ll manage and supervise the Acufacts Security personnel on a client site during a particular shift. We do require prior security experience for this position. Additional qualifications include:

Minimum age: 25
Have good written and communication skills
In good physical condition
Able to handle and prioritize multiple job responsibilities
Good customer service skills
A licensed driver with good Motor Vehicle Report

Account Manager

As an Acufacts Security Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire day-to-day security operations on a client site, including any security personnel and in some cases, the security systems. Prior security experience for this position is a must. Additional qualifications include:

Minimum age: 25
Have good written and communication skills
Able to handle and prioritize multiple job responsibilities
Licensed driver with good Motor Vehicle reports
Excellent customer service skills
Most accounts require some formal education, including AA degree, BA degree, CPP designation, or commensurate experience.
